Text Box: Pastor, D. Wayne and Mary Ann Taylor      Bro. Wayne is a lifelong Methodist in a second career as full time local pastor. He entered the ministry at age 43 and served four churches/charges in the Meridian District for 13 years, two churches/charge in the Seashore District for 4 years, and now serving Pleasant Grove in the Brookhaven District since June, 2004.      Bro. Wayne attended Jones Jr. College, Meridian Community College,    Mississippi State University and has four years Course of Study at Candler School of Theology, Emory University.      He and Mary Ann have been married 42 years and have two sons and two daughters. All of the children are married and between them have 11 children: 9 grandsons and 2 granddaughters. Now two of the grandchildren have given Bro. Wayne and Mary Ann 2 great-grandsons.
